Phoenix, AZ, June 15, 2023 – Canyon State Electric recently hired Chris Williams as human resources manager.
“We’re excited to have Chris on the team,” said Robert Hughes, CSE’s president. “He brings a wealth of experience to the role and has a passion for building healthy, employee-centered company cultures.”
Williams holds his doctorate in Educational Leadership and SHRM-CP. He previously provided human resources management for a non-emergency medical operation with locations across four states and for a wellness clinic with locations in ten states. Early in his career, he participated in a company culture shift that saw a workplace with multiple internal challenges transform and receive Best Place to Work distinctions repeatedly over the last 15 years.
“Companies say they care about their employees, but how do they show it?” Williams said. “One program that showed me CSE values its employees is the mental health program called 4×5. Who else is doing something like that? Another example is paid training. I had to be a part of a company that is this invested in its people.”
Canyon State Electric has been ranked Best Place to Work yearly since 2018 by AZ Big Media, and Best in Business in Construction Mental Health Advocacy by Inc. To view open positions, visit careers.cseci.com.
