Dossey has experience in a variety of positions in construction, including operations, preconstruction, and business relations. She is the 2023 American Subcontractors Association of Arizona’s (ASA) Outstanding Service Award winner, recognizing her dedication to ASA and its growth. Earlier this year, Dossey was featured on Bleuwave’s Mac & Bleu’s podcast to discuss the importance of communication, teamwork, and relationships in construction.
