An Employee Stock Ownership Plan is a company-funded retirement benefit that gives eligible employees an ownership interest in the business.
Unlike a traditional investment plan that requires employees to purchase company stock with their own money, Canyon State Electric funds the ESOP on behalf of eligible employees. Over time, shares may be allocated to individual ESOP accounts based on factors such as compensation, eligibility, and years of service.
