Tempe, AZ, October 6 - Canyon State Electric (CSE) has promoted Krista Dossey to Director of Strategic Development, recognizing her continued impact on the company's growth strategy, industry relationships, and long-term development efforts. Dossey joined CSE in 2023 as Business Development Manager and has played an increasingly influential role in shaping how the company approaches growth, client engagement, and market positioning.
In her new role, Dossey will oversee CSE's strategic development and marketing efforts, helping align business development, brand strategy, client relationships, and market growth. She will lead the company's marketing department while continuing to identify emerging opportunities, strengthen industry relationships, and support CSE's long-term expansion across Arizona and beyond.

Dossey brings more than a decade of construction-industry experience spanning project coordination, operations, preconstruction, trade partner and client relations, business development, and public relations. Her broad background has given her a strong understanding of both the operational and relationship-driven sides of the industry, helping shape her approach to strategic growth and development.
Her industry involvement has also earned recognition beyond CSE. Dossey received the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona's Outstanding Service Award in 2023 and was named Business Developer of the Year at the 2026 SMPS Arizona Phelix Awards.
