Phoenix, AZ, April 3 – Canyon State Electric is welcoming Dan Snopko to the team as the company’s controller.
Snopko brings over 25 years of construction accounting experience, including job costing, financial reporting, and forecasting. He has developed accounting processes and led accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.
“I hope to use my experience to improve processes and financial tools,” said Snopko. “I want to take some accounting responsibilities away from management, giving them more time to focus on critical issues.”
CEO Stephanie Maderazzo-Hughes said, “Construction financials require a very specific skill set. We’re confident that Dan will drive Canyon State Electric’s fiscal health and set us up to surpass our growth milestones.”
Snopko said his decision to join the company was influenced by CSE’s reputation and the role’s responsibilities. Outside his professional duties, he enjoys hiking, golf, and watching his sports teams, the Phoenix Suns and St. Louis Cardinals.
